Experienced Realtor, Kelly Jones, currently serves buyers and sellers located in and around Johnson, Tarrant, Hill, Hood and Bosque Counties. Since 2005, Kelly has held client satisfaction as her highest priority and works hard to make the entire home buying and selling experience as productive and enjoyable as possible. Clients working with Kelly never fail to appreciate her honesty, professional integrity, and fierce efficiency.
Prior to her real estate career, Kelly worked in education, which is where she developed her passion for helping others, and it eventually led her to real estate. Kelly’s extensive knowledge and experience allow her to handle a wide range of clients and situations. Whether her clients are looking for a home for the very first time or they're seasoned investors; Kelly works tirelessly to accommodate their needs and exceed their expectations. Kelly is incredibly well-versed in the area’s housing market and always manages to find her clients those hidden gems that other agents tend to overlook.
Kelly values all of her clients and strives to build strong, lasting relationships with them that go far beyond business. In fact, 99% of her business is based on referrals from past clients. That’s because Kelly understands how much families put on the line when they invest in a home. She works closely with them every step of the way, making the otherwise overwhelming process completely stress-free. Kelly is truly passionate about what she does and loves helping her clients achieve their goals.

Sarah Moncus has been serving home buyers and sellers in North Texas since 2014. She is committed to her clients’ success by providing the expert care and attention each real estate transaction requires. She will be by your side providing excellent customer service every step of the way.
Sarah has always called Texas home, but in 1993 moved to Ellis County from Houston with her husband, Roger, and decided to stay a while. Having raised their four children in Ennis, Roger and Sarah now call neighboring Johnson County home and are adjusting to (but loving) country life. They have three grandchildren and enjoy spending time with family.
Sarah is an active supporter of and likes to tell people about Runnin’ Free Ranch, a wonderful non-profit organization that provides equine-assisted counseling for veterans, at-risk youth, those with special needs, and their families. Guided hands-on activities with Zeke, Sevin, and Eli, the horses of RFR, can be life-changing for those struggling with physical, emotional, mental and/or spiritual issues .You can learn more at runninfreeranch.org.
I was raised in the small farming community of Frost,TX. Ever since I can remember i've been doing something related to the farming industry, rather that be hauling grain, stripping cotton, feeding cows, or bailing hay. Being a third generation farmer has had a lot of impact on my character and who I am today by instilling hard work and not quiting until the job is done. I currently live in Cleburne, Tx and am happily married to my high school sweetheart, Carly. When i'm not working you can find me doing something in the outdoors such as hunting or fishing. By working with me, I can assure you an up-front and honest relationship that will put you into your dream home.
